K-pop phenomenon NCT 127 is poised to captivate fans once again with their impending fifth full-length album, "Fact Check," scheduled for release on October 6, as confirmed by their agency, SM Entertainment.
The eagerly awaited announcement unfolded during the NCT group concert, "NCT NATION: To The World," which took place on August 26. The news, revealed via a video, elicited an electric response from the enthusiastic crowd, showcasing the fervor that surrounds the multifaceted group.
"Fact Check" represents a triumphant return for NCT 127, coming nine months after the unveiling of their fourth full-length reissue album, "Ay-Yo," earlier this year in January. The previous album soared to remarkable heights, recording an astonishing cumulative reissue album sales figure of over 3.2 million copies.
In a complementary display of their artistry, NCT 127 enthusiasts are set to be treated to a glimpse into the lives of their beloved idols through the upcoming documentary, "NCT 127: The Lost Boys." The documentary is scheduled to premiere exclusively on Disney+ on August 30, offering an intimate look into the journey that has propelled NCT 127 to global stardom.
NCT 127, a subunit within the larger NCT collective, is composed of nine members: Taeil, Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Mark, and Haechan. Bursting onto the K-pop scene in 2016 with their debut track "Fire Truck," the group has since become a formidable presence in the industry. Their distinctive sound has resonated far beyond national borders, yielding a string of chart-topping hits such as "2 Baddies," "Sticker," and "Kick It."
As NCT 127 readies to introduce "Fact Check" to the world, their dedicated fanbase eagerly anticipates another chapter in the musical evolution of these dynamic performers. The convergence of their upcoming album release and documentary premiere serves as a testament to their enduring impact and the global fascination that surrounds them.
