Yvon Guilloux, a beloved landscape painter from Lamballe, France, passed away on Sunday, November 9, at the age of 88. The artist, who had a particular fondness for painting trees, died during the autumn season when leaves fall from the branches he so often depicted in his works.

Guilloux proudly identified himself as a "landscape painter" throughout his artistic career and became well-known in his local community for his dedication to the visual arts. Beyond his personal artistic practice, he played a significant role in promoting arts in the region by organizing and presiding over 25 editions of the art exhibition "Regards sur les arts" (Views on the Arts).
