Three winners of the prestigious Girls of Photography Mentorship program are currently featured in a special exhibition at the Climate Academy as part of the Photoclimat biennial. Claire Delfino and Hélène Jayet, both 2024 winners, along with Juliette-Andréa Elie, the 2020 winner, are participating in the restitution exhibition titled "Les Expérimentales 3" (The Experimentals 3), which runs until October 12.

The comprehensive mentorship program provides each of the five selected winners with 15 months of expert and personalized support from a dedicated pair of mentors who are active members of the Girls of Photography organization. This year's exhibition features the work of five talented photographers: Soum Eveline Bonkoungou, Claire Delfino, Safia Delta, Hélène Jayet, and Lydia Saidi. Each participant receives individualized guidance to help advance their artistic vision and professional development.

Launched in 2020 as a direct response to findings from the Observatory on Gender Diversity in Photography, the Girls of Photography Mentorship program serves as a career accelerator specifically designed for women photographers. The program's primary mission is to support female photographers in executing their creative projects, developing their career trajectories, and providing them with access to the organization's extensive network and valuable industry resources.

Since its inception, the program has demonstrated significant impact within the photography community, successfully bringing together 30 experienced mentors, 15 program winners, and 10 finalists across its three editions. This impressive network represents a growing movement toward gender equality and professional advancement in the photography industry.

The current third edition exhibition is expertly curated by Emmanuelle Halkin and Ioana Mello, and is being held at the Gallery of the Climate Academy from September 16 to October 12 as an integral part of the Photoclimat Biennial. The mentorship program itself is thoughtfully designed and organized by a dedicated team including Julie Champin, Léonor Matet, Mathilde Milesi, Véronique Prugnaud, Corinna Schack, Nina Thirion-Abad, and intern Eléa Godefroy. Information about this episode and the program is available on the organization's website and can be accessed through all major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcast, Amazon Music, Deezer, and YouTube.
