The triumph of "Celebrity" extends far beyond the borders of Korea, as it also claimed the top position in 10 countries worldwide, including Vietnam, Indonesia, and Bolivia. Since its release on June 30, this 12-episode series has captivated audiences with its exploration of the cutthroat competition, intricate intrigue, and concealed corruption lurking beneath the glitz and glamour of celebrities with massive followings on social networking services. The storyline revolves around Seo A-ri, the protagonist who unexpectedly finds herself thrust into the spotlight of social media fame while working as an ordinary door-to-door cosmetics sales representative.

The dominance of Korean dramas continues to shine on Netflix, with four additional K-dramas making their mark in the same Top 10 chart. JTBC's "King the Land" secured an impressive third place with 5.1 million viewing hours, while TvN's "See You in My 19th Life" claimed the fifth spot with two million hours. Even the concluded series "Doom at Your Service," which wrapped up in 2021, managed to secure a commendable ninth place with 1.5 million viewing hours. Notably, the original Netflix Korean series "Bloodhounds" secured a respectable seventh place with 1.6 million hours of viewership.

Netflix's Top 10 chart is determined based on the number of viewing hours and is updated every Tuesday. The data is collected from approximately 90 countries where Netflix is available, providing a comprehensive snapshot of global viewing trends.
