Cube Entertainment has officially confirmed that (G)I-dle is set to make a comeback with their second studio album in January next year. The news follows a local media report on Friday.

The upcoming album marks the group's return approximately eight months after their sixth EP, titled "I Feel," which secured a notable position on the Billboard 200 at No. 41. This marked their second entry on the main albums chart, with their previous EP, "I Love," debuting at No. 71.

The sixth mini album achieved significant success, selling over 1.16 million copies in its first week—a new record for the five-member group and the fourth highest for a K-pop girl group at that time. The music video for the main track, "Queencard," garnered 200 million views on YouTube as of August, becoming the group's fifth video to achieve this milestone.

Additionally, (G)I-dle embarked on their second international tour, visiting 18 cities for 23 concerts until late October. The upcoming second studio album is highly anticipated, building on the group's previous achievements and maintaining their momentum in the K-pop scene.
