Jisoo will release the new digital single “ADDICTED” on Oct. 30 as the second advance track from her forthcoming debut solo studio album.
The song will become available through major streaming platforms at 8 a.m. KST. It follows “CLICK,” released on Sept. 4 as the first single introducing the full-length project.
Her agency, BLISSOO, began the promotional rollout on Oct. 24, releasing a logo animation followed by concept photographs and a short teaser video over three days.
The logo animation places a heart-shaped flash of lightning against a dark purple sky, with the song title rendered in three-dimensional purple lettering. In the accompanying photographs, Jisoo appears behind a reflective curtain with straight-cut bangs and black nail polish.
A teaser released on Oct. 26 contains a brief section of the song and its choreography. The video provides an initial look at the vocal and performance direction of “ADDICTED,” although BLISSOO has yet to disclose the track’s full credits or genre.
The contrasting visual treatments of “CLICK” and “ADDICTED” indicate that Jisoo is using the advance singles to introduce different sides of the album rather than establishing a single continuous concept.
“CLICK” is a dance-pop track built around synthesiser and bass sounds. Its lyrics describe the attraction between two people who feel naturally compatible despite knowing they should keep their distance. The music video presented Jisoo as a cyborg isolated inside an abandoned amusement park.
The track reached the top 10 of iTunes charts in 43 markets and entered Apple Music’s Top Songs rankings in 11 territories, according to BLISSOO.
Jisoo released her first solo EP, “AMORTAGE,” in February 2025. Later that year, she collaborated with British singer Zayn on “Eyes Closed,” which debuted at No. 72 on the Billboard Hot 100. The entry made Jisoo the fourth BLACKPINK member to place a solo song on the chart.
Following the release of “ADDICTED,” Jisoo is scheduled to return to South Korean music programmes as part of the single’s promotional activities. BLISSOO has not yet announced the title or release date of the full album.
