MEOVV will release its new single “GO HARD” at 6 p.m. on Oct. 12, The Black Label announced Wednesday.

The agency revealed the release date through teaser content posted on the group’s official social media channels. The single arrives four months after MEOVV released its second EP “BITE NOW” in June.

In the group teaser, the members wear sporty tops with jackets and boots. The single cover uses an image of a chain pulled tight and close to breaking, establishing a different visual tone from the group photograph.

MEOVV promoted “BITE NOW” with the title track “DDI RO RI” and the B-side “Hit ’Em.”

“DDI RO RI,” which samples Bach’s “Toccata and Fugue in D Minor,” drew mixed responses for its repeated Korean phrase in the chorus. Parodies and edited versions removing the section circulated online before users began producing further variations built around other classical melodies.

“Hit ’Em” drew attention for its physically demanding choreography created with choreographer Sienna Lalau. MEOVV later released a version extending the final dance break to 20 repetitions and posted exercise content based on the track.

“GO HARD” will be available through major streaming platforms.
