Ateez Announces Release of Third Japanese Single, "Not Okay," and Upcoming Showcase

Boy Band Set to Debut First Japanese Music in Almost a Year, Following Success on Oricon Charts

South Korean boy band Ateez is gearing up to release their third Japanese single, "Not Okay," on Feb. 28, marking their first venture into new Japanese music since the release of "Limitless" in March 2023. In conjunction with the single, the group will hold a showcase for fans on Feb. 29, although specific details regarding the event are yet to be disclosed.

Ateez initially entered the Japanese music scene with "Treasure Ep. Extra: Shift The Map" in December 2019. Since then, the group has showcased their musical prowess with three EPs, two singles, and a full-length album.

The band's third EP, "The World Ep. Paradigm" (2022), secured the top spot on Japan's Oricon Charts, in addition to dominating the Hot Album and Top Album Sales charts on Billboard Japan.

As part of their global reach, Ateez is embarking on the "Towards the Light: Will to Power" world tour, commencing with two performances in Seoul on Jan. 27 and 28. The tour will extend to the Saitama Super Arena, where the group is scheduled to hold two concerts on Feb. 3 and 4.
