Jooheon, the main rapper of K-pop group Monsta X, is set to release his first solo album at the end of this month, according to a report by local media outlet Newsen on Friday. The news was later confirmed by the artist's agency, Starship Entertainment.
Jooheon has been active in the music industry for several years and has released a series of mixtapes including “Should I Do,” “Smoky” and “Psyche.” He has also written and produced numerous songs for Monsta X since their debut in 2015, co-authoring five of the six songs on the band's 12th EP “Reason.” In addition, Jooheon has worked on albums for other musicians such as Boyfriend and Cravity.
