The dominant theme of blue in the exhibition symbolizes salvation and the journey towards transcendence and freedom, reminiscent of the vast sky and open sea. Kwon portrays this theme through the portrayal of a cat mom and her pet, both donning blue attire and walking together, epitomizing unity and shared purpose.
In Kwon's artistic perspective, animals represent the essence of love and motherhood, embodying a connection to nature and the world. Through her paintings, she paints a picture of a utopian world, transcending the challenges faced by both stray animals and modern society.
