GF Entertainment announced on Wednesday that boy band Kingdom will be unveiling a new album on April 30, marking the beginning of a new phase for the group.

The upcoming album follows the release of their seventh EP, "History of Kingdom: Part VII. Jahan," approximately six months ago. This EP concluded the seven-part series that the group had been building over the course of three years.

In January, Kingdom teased the commencement of a new chapter with a trailer video titled "The Beginning of New Story: Challenge."

In an interview conducted last month with local media, the seven members expressed their readiness to showcase new aspects of themselves, transitioning from the concept of ruling their individual "kingdoms" to embracing modern-day themes.

Despite the shift in fate, member Dan emphasized that the narrative of Kingdom's journey will persist, hinting at the continuation of their evolving story.
