On Monday, Taemin of SHINee officially joined Big Planet Made Entertainment, according to an announcement from the company. The new agency has pledged full support for Taemin's career as both the main dancer of SHINee and as a solo artist, as indicated by the release of a new profile picture.

Taemin made his debut as the youngest member of SHINee in 2008 and has since established himself as a successful solo artist, starting in 2014. Notably, he was the first member of SHINee to release a solo album.

His contract with SM Entertainment concluded in March, though the label will continue to oversee the activities of SHINee as a group.

Prior to joining Big Planet Made Entertainment, Taemin held a solo concert at Budokan in Japan earlier in the month. The three-day event attracted a total of 30,000 attendees. Furthermore, his latest EP, "Guilty," reached No. 1 on the iTunes top albums chart in 38 regions, showcasing his enduring popularity as a solo artist.
