Korea's largest youth art fair, 2023 ASIAF, will be held at Hongik University's Museum of Contemporary Art. At Asaf ASTAF, you can see the world of creative works of young artists representing the world, including Korea, Japan, China, and Canada.

국내 최대의 청년 아트페어 <2023 아시아프>가 홍익대학교 현대 미술관에서 개최됩니다. 아시아프에서는 국내를 비롯해 일본, 중국, 캐나다 등 세계를 대표하는 젊은 아티스트들의 독창적인 작품 세계를 만나볼 수 있습니다.

In this <2023 Asiaf>, there will be two categories: "ASIAF" for young artists under the age of 35 and "Hidden Artist" to discover hidden art masters over the age of 36.

이번 2023 아시아프에서는 만 35세 이하 청년작가들을 대상으로 하는 '아시아프'와 만 36세 이상의 숨겨 진 미술계 고수를 발굴하는 '히든 아티스트' 두 부문으로 진행됩니다.

The exhibition will be held until Aug 20th.

전시는 8월 20일까지 진행됩니다.

At the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Cheongju, “pluralistic arts 2023 Relay Performance” will be held. This is the first performance program attempted by the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Cheongju in celebration of its 5th anniversary.

국립현대미술관 청주에서는 “다원예술 2023 릴레이 퍼포먼스”가 열립니다. 이는 개관 5주년을 맞이하여 국립현대미술관 청주에서 처음으로 시도하는 퍼포먼스 프로그램 입니다.

‘Experts and non-experts’, ‘mainstream art and non-mainstream art’, ‘exhibition and connection education’ are all social divisions created by the dichotomy and hierarchical structure within the museum. This is also a major cause of malfunction in the proper functioning of contemporary art museums, which should acknowledge diversity and embrace even minority communities.

‘전문가와 비전문가’, ‘주류예술과 비주류예술’, ‘전시와 연계 교육’ 등 모두 미술관 속 이분법적 구별과 위계 구조가 만들어낸 사회적 구분입니다. 이는 다양성을 인정하고 소수의 공동체까지 포용해야 할 동시대 미술관의 순기능에 오작동을 일으키는 주요한 원인이기도 합니다.

 In particular, the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Cheongju is an art museum that specializes in the function of storing, managing, and preserving its collections, and aims to continuously share private areas and invisible activities not exposed to the public with visitors. The exhibition runs from August 4th to August 25th.

 특히, 국립현대미술관 청주는 소장품의 수장과 관리, 보존의 기능을 특화한 미술관으로, 대중에게는 노출되지 않는 비공개 영역과 비가시적 활동을 관람객과 지속해서 공유하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 전시는 8월4일부터 8월 25일까지 진행됩니다.

LEEUM Museum of Art is holding a solo exhibition of “Kim Beom; How to become a rock”

리움 미술관에서는 김범작가의 바위가 되는법 개인전이 진행 중 입니다.

Kim Beom's work frequently challenges conventional perceptions and explores themes related to language, identity, and the absurdity of everyday life. He uses wit, humor, and subtle sarcasm to engage viewers and lead them to question established norms and values.  The exhibition runs until Dec.3^rd.

 김범의 작업은 관습적인 인식에 자주 도전하고 언어, 정체성, 일상의 부조리와 관련된 주제로 작업 합니다. 그의 작품은 재치, 유머, 미묘한 빈정거림을 사용하여 관람객을 참여시키고 기존 규범과 가치에 의문을 제기하도록 만듭니다.

전시는 12월 3일까지 진행됩니다.
