Twice Sets Dates at Nissan Stadium and Yanmar Stadium Nagai, Making History in the K-pop Scene

In a historic move for the K-pop genre, renowned girl group Twice is slated to headline standalone concerts at two of Japan's major stadiums next year. The group officially announced this during a recent performance at the PayPay Dome in Fukuoka, Japan.

Scheduled for July 13-14, 2024, Twice will first take the stage at Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka, followed by a monumental appearance at Nissan Stadium on July 27 and 28. This marks Twice as the second K-pop act to grace Nissan Stadium, following in the footsteps of TVXQ, who performed there in 2013.

Nissan Stadium, Japan's largest multipurpose stadium located in Yokohama, boasts an impressive seating capacity ranging between 70,000 to 75,000. With these upcoming concerts, Twice has the potential to captivate over 140,000 fans over the course of the two-day event.

Adding to their achievements, Twice is gearing up to release their fifth Japanese studio album next year, as confirmed by JYP Entertainment. This move further solidifies the group's presence and influence in the global music scene.
