SM Entertainment Announces Six-Track Mini Album as Wendy Returns to Solo Music Scene

On Tuesday, Wendy of Red Velvet unveiled her second solo EP, "Wish You Hell," as confirmed by her label, SM Entertainment. The mini album comprises six tracks, with the titular track signaling a departure from the past and a journey towards self-discovery, delivered through a captivating musical arrangement.

Wendy returns as a solo artist after nearly three years since her first EP, "Like Water," which achieved significant success by topping iTunes' top albums chart in 33 regions.

In a separate development, Red Velvet is poised to release a new album in the first half of this year. The group's most recent album, the third full album titled "Chill Kill," was launched in November of the previous year and secured the top position on iTunes' top albums chart in 35 regions.

As the quintet commemorates its 10th anniversary this year, all members have recently renewed their contracts, signaling a continued commitment to their musical journey as a group.
