Jungkook, a member of the globally renowned K-pop group BTS, has made history as the first K-pop solo artist to reach 5 billion hits on Spotify. This achievement comes within an impressive timeframe of 748 days since he established his own account on the platform, establishing a notable record within the K-pop realm.

The record-setting accomplishment is largely attributed to his debut solo single, "Seven (feat. Latto)," which amassed an impressive 1.4 billion streams. Notably, the single reached the 1 billion plays mark in a mere 108 days, setting a new record for the shortest time in Spotify history.

The lead single made its debut on the chart at an impressive No. 5, underlining Jungkook's continued impact on the global music scene.
