Over its nearly 30-year history, Dream Concert has attracted a total of 1.98 million attendees and has featured performances from 622 K-pop acts, including prominent first-generation groups such as H.O.T, S.E.S., and god, as well as contemporary stars like BTS.

Im Baek-woon, president of the Korean Entertainment Producer’s Association, emphasized the concert’s significance, noting that it has chronicled the evolution of K-pop from its inception in the 1990s to its current status as a globally recognized cultural phenomenon.

This year's event will include the announcement of the "dream rookie" of the year, selected through a voting process conducted via the K-pop Seoul app from Monday to September 26. The lineup of performers for the 2024 Dream Concert has yet to be disclosed.
