She continued, “The catalog is to contain the image of works. However, That kind of catalog cuts access for visually impaired people. To solve this problem, We have created a special Braille catalog where visually impaired can even feel various works with the touch of their hands.”
In addition to the Braille catalog, this exhibition provides Braille guides, audio guides(audio docents), and sign language interpretation for disabled visitors.
And Other preparations have been made for the disabled, such as providing wheelchair access for the physically handicapped.
During the exhibition period, an interpreter explains the work to the audience twice a day (11 am and 3 pm), and on weekends, the artist has time to meet the audience in person.
On ChuseokDay(Sep.10, Sat), Artists JUNG Eun Hey and KIM Hyun Woo will explain their work to the audience.
It is closed every Tuesday, and admission is free without prior registration. If you need assistance in moving visitors with disabilities to the exhibition hall, please call (070-7668-1690).
