Rising K-pop group Boynextdoor has reached a significant milestone with their latest release, 19.99, marking the rookie band’s first million-selling album, according to agency KOZ Entertainment. The mini album, released in September, has propelled the six-member group to new heights, securing a spot on Billboard 200 at No. 40 and topping Oricon’s Weekly and Weekly Combined Album Rankings. The album also claimed the No. 1 position on Oricon’s Monthly Album Ranking, demonstrating their rapidly growing fanbase.

The accomplishment follows the success of their second EP, How?, which also topped Oricon’s charts, establishing the rookie group as a formidable force in both Korean and Japanese music markets. Adding to the buzz, Billboard magazine recognized Boynextdoor as October’s “K-Pop Rookie of the Month,” highlighting the group’s “multifaceted world of limitless freedom and friendliness” alongside their chart performance.

As Boynextdoor continues to build momentum, they are preparing for their first international tour, Knock On Vol. 1, which will kick off in Incheon on December 14. The tour will then cover 12 additional cities across Asia, extending through mid-April next year.

The rapid success of 19.99 and recognition from Billboard underscore Boynextdoor’s potential to make a lasting impact on the global music scene. Fans are eagerly anticipating the upcoming tour, which will offer international audiences the chance to experience the rookie sensation’s live performances.
