Rising boy band One Pact is set to return to Japan for their Beyond The Horizon tour, which will include two performances each in Osaka on January 23 and Tokyo on January 25. The announcement was made by their agency, Armada Entertainment, on Tuesday, as anticipation builds for the group's next chapter in their growing international journey.
This marks One Pact’s return to Japan just three months after their standalone concert in Tokyo, An All Day Groove. Earlier in 2024, the group completed an extensive Japan tour in February and March, visiting cities such as Nagoya, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo, before expanding their reach to Taipei, Taiwan, in April. The upcoming performances will solidify their presence in Japan and demonstrate their steady rise in global music markets.
Formed just over a year ago, One Pact has already established a strong fanbase with their blend of vocal prowess and dynamic stage performances. The band released their second EP, Fallin’, in September 2024, which showcased their evolving sound and emotional depth. Critics praised the EP for its cohesive production and standout tracks that highlight the group’s ability to convey raw emotions through their music.
Band member Jay Chang, however, will not be joining the upcoming tour as he focuses on his burgeoning solo career. Chang released his second solo EP, Neighborhood, in November 2024, following his victory on the vocal competition show Build Up. His solo endeavors have been well-received, further underscoring the individual talent within One Pact and expanding the group’s reach beyond their collective efforts.
The Beyond The Horizon tour is expected to draw fans from across Japan, eager to experience the group’s electrifying performances. One Pact’s ability to connect with audiences through both large-scale productions and intimate showcases has become a hallmark of their appeal. The tour not only highlights their dedication to their Japanese fanbase but also underscores their strategic approach to building a lasting global presence.
As One Pact continues to balance group activities with individual projects, their ability to maintain momentum and broaden their audience showcases their versatility and potential to become a major force in the international music scene. With their Japan tour on the horizon, the group is poised to leave an indelible mark on one of the world’s most competitive music markets.
