Yeoreum of WJSN is set to make her silver screen debut in the upcoming film Teacher Training (교생실습), directed by Kim Min Ha. On the 27th, her agency, King Kong by Starship, confirmed that she has been cast as Park Saet Byeol, a mysterious high school student and key member of an enigmatic club.
Teacher Training is a suspenseful comedy that follows a trainee teacher as he struggles to uncover the secrets of a group of elite students who consistently rank first in national mock exams. Yeoreum will portray Park Saet Byeol, a student at Se Young High School and the leader of the club. Her character, responsible for topping the mathematics section of the exam, plays a crucial role in the unfolding mystery.
Bringing her signature charm to the role, Yeoreum is expected to add an element of quirky humor to the film. Her portrayal of Saet Byeol will blend the character’s calculated intellect with an endearing and playful side, ensuring plenty of laughs for the audience.
Yeoreum made her acting debut in 2023 with the web drama Jun and Jun, where she played Lee Ju Ha, a sharp and confident assistant manager at a cosmetics company.
