November 2025 is shaping up to be one of the most packed months in K-pop history, with a star-studded lineup of both established superstars and emerging talent flooding the release calendar. The month features an impressive array of artists ranging from veteran solo performers like Super Junior's Kyuhyun and rapper Jessi to global powerhouses including Stray Kids and NCT DREAM, showcasing the diverse and evolving landscape of Korean pop music.
The comeback season kicks off with ONF, a six-member boy band under WM Entertainment, who will break their nine-month silence with the release of their five-track mini-album "UNBROKEN" on November 10. The album will be headlined by the title track "Put It Back," which WM Entertainment describes as featuring groovy bass lines and crisp electric guitar riffs that create a funky edge with an addictive melody. The complete album includes additional tracks "Broken Map," "Moonlight Festa," "New Dawn," and "I Found You in Heaven," each contributing to the record's expanded sonic diversity.
Following closely behind, rookie boy band CLOSEYOUREYES will make their return on November 11 with their third mini-album "blackout," featuring dual title tracks "X" and "SOB (with Imanbek)." According to their agency UNCORE, this release marks a significant stylistic departure from their previous work, adopting a much darker tone compared to their earlier releases since debuting in April. Leader Jeon Min-wook contributed to the songwriting process for "X," helping to infuse the track with the group's distinctive musical identity. Meanwhile, "SOB" represents a groundbreaking collaboration with Kazakhstan-born DJ and Grammy Award winner Imanbek, marking his first-ever partnership with a K-pop act.
Solo artist Jessi continues the November momentum on November 12 with her new extended play "P.M.S.," an acronym for "pretty mood swings." This five-track project holds special significance as it marks her first EP release in five years since "NUNA" in 2020, and represents her first major release since establishing her independent label, UNNI Company. Jessi's last musical offering was the digital single "Newsflash," which was released in June.
The middle of the month brings heavyweight releases from some of K-pop's biggest names. SM Entertainment's seven-member unit NCT DREAM is scheduled to unveil their sixth mini-album "Beat It Up" on November 17. The six-song record, led by the lead single sharing the same title, is designed to capture the group's signature high-energy performance style while exploring deeper lyrical themes centered around personal growth and building confidence. Sharing the same release date, co-ed project unit ALLDAY PROJECT under The Black Label will also drop their digital single "One More Time."
Balladeer Kyuhyun of Super Junior will make his highly anticipated solo comeback with the EP "The Classic" on November 20. His label Antenna has characterized this record as a "seasonal collection of sentimental ballads" that prominently features live instrumentation paired with Kyuhyun's distinctive and signature vocal style, promising an intimate musical experience for fans.
One of November's most eagerly awaited releases comes from global chart-dominating group Stray Kids, who will drop "SKZ IT TAPE: DO IT" on November 21. This album holds particular significance as it is produced entirely by the group's in-house production unit 3RACHA, which consists of members Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han. JYP Entertainment has revealed that the project will feature dual title tracks "Do It" and "Sinseon Noreum," continuing the group's impressive streak of self-produced albums following their successful May release "ATE."
The final week of November will spotlight two of K-pop's most promising next-generation groups, both making significant statements about their artistic evolution. RIIZE, the six-member boy band under SM Entertainment, will release their second single album "Fame" on November 24, marking their return six months after their viral hit "Odyssey." According to SM Entertainment, this three-track record "explores the complex emotions of excitement and loneliness that come with public recognition," while further developing and refining the group's signature "emotional pop" sound that has garnered them widespread attention.
Also making their comeback on November 24, HYBE Labels' rookie girl group ILLIT will return with "NOT CUTE ANYMORE," signaling a bold new direction for the quintet. The five-member act, managed by HYBE subsidiary Belift Lab, will showcase a significantly bolder and more mature image, marking a departure from their June release "Do the Dance," which carried a lighter, magical-girl-inspired theme. Building anticipation for their comeback, ILLIT will hold a special two-day encore fan event titled "2025 ILLIT Glitter Day in Seoul Encore" at the Olympic Hall in Seoul's Songpa District on November 8-9, creating additional excitement around their highly anticipated new release.
