Commissioned by developer Dimand, the comprehensive project aims to repurpose the iconic industrial site along the city's western seafront, creating a dynamic hub that combines residential housing, a hotel, cultural venues, and expansive public spaces within walking distance of the city center.
The development represents a cornerstone of Thessaloniki's broader urban regeneration strategy, designed to revitalize the waterfront area while preserving the site's rich industrial heritage.
