Grammy-winning American pop artist Olivia Rodrigo is scheduled to make her debut performance in Korea on September 20 as part of her "Guts" world tour.
The 21-year-old singer will take the stage at Jamsil Gymnasium in Songpa District, southern Seoul, with the concert set to commence at 8 p.m.
Following her successful "Sour" tour in 2022, which did not include a stop in Korea, Rodrigo kicked off her "Guts" journey in February at Madison Square Garden in New York. Since then, she has performed in various cities across the United States, Canada, and Ireland.

Ticket presales for the Seoul concert will commence on Thursday, exclusively available to Live Nation members. General public ticket sales will begin on May 17 through Interpark Ticket.
Rodrigo rose to prominence in 2021 with her debut single, "drivers license," known for its relatable storytelling, particularly appealing to younger audiences.
At the 64th Annual Grammy Awards in 2022, Rodrigo's talent was recognized with wins in categories including Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Pop Solo Performance, solidifying her position as a rising star in the pop music industry.
While highly regarded among Korean musicians, Rodrigo's influence has occasionally sparked controversy. Last summer, K-pop singer Choi Ye-na released a track titled "Hate Rodrigo," intending to express both admiration and envy toward Rodrigo, resulting in backlash and the removal of a music video featuring Rodrigo's images.
In February, girl band Le Sserafim faced plagiarism allegations over their song "EASY," which was deemed similar to Rodrigo's 2023 track "bad idea right?"
