The girl group sensation NewJeans has once again taken the K-pop world by storm with their latest EP, "Get Up," achieving an extraordinary milestone as it sold nearly 1.2 million copies on the day of its release, catapulting the album to million-seller status. The impressive sales figures were reported by the group's agency, ADOR, who confirmed that "Get Up" marked the third consecutive million-selling release for NewJeans, following their debut album "NewJeans" in 2022 and the hit single "OMG" in the same year.

Proving their unwavering global popularity, "Get Up" swiftly claimed the top position on Apple Music's Top Album chart in 17 countries and dominated the iTunes Top Album chart in nine countries. The pre-released track "Super Shy" further solidified the group's success, ranking first on major Korean music charts, including Melon's Top 100 chart.

The EP's other title songs, "ETA" and "Cool With You," along with B-side tracks "New Jeans" and "ASAP," garnered significant attention on major music charts, cementing NewJeans' status as a force to be reckoned with in the industry.

On the global stage, "Super Shy" climbed the ranks, securing the 12th spot on Spotify's Global Weekly Top Songs chart, elevating the group's international standing on the world's largest music streaming platform.

Debuting in August 2022 under ADOR, a music label founded by HYBE and spearheaded by former creative director of SM Entertainment, Min Hee-jin, NewJeans has been a dominant presence in the K-pop landscape from the start. Their chart-topping hits like "Ditto," "OMG," and "Hype boy" have consistently topped streaming and download charts, with the band's debut track "Attention" also making a significant impact in Korea.

The group's unparalleled success has not gone unnoticed, earning them prestigious accolades from major domestic music awards ceremonies, including the 2023 Golden Disc Awards, the 20th Korean Music Awards, the 32nd Seoul Music Awards, and the Asia Artist Awards.

As NewJeans continues to make history with each release, "Get Up" stands as a testament to their talent and global appeal, solidifying their position as one of the biggest names in the K-pop industry and promising an even more dazzling future ahead.
