IU's last concert tour, titled "Love, Poem," took place in 2019. The meaning behind the "IU H.E.R." concert title is yet to be disclosed by the artist's agency.

Simultaneously, IU is set to release a new song titled "Love Wins" on January 24, as part of the promotional activities leading up to her world tour. This release comes over two years after her previous song, "Pieces." Notably, the upcoming music video for "Love Wins" features IU alongside her close friend V from the popular group BTS. Directed by Um Tae-hwa, known for his work on the film "Concrete Utopia," released last year, the video is already generating anticipation among fans following the release of posters and previews.
