Defamation cases related to malicious comments about actor Park Seo-jun have been referred to the prosecutors' office, as confirmed by his agency, Awesome ENT, on Tuesday.
In a news release, the agency stated that the police recently identified certain netizens and evidence related to their alleged misdemeanors. These cases have been transferred to the prosecutors' office, with ongoing investigations expected to identify and forward additional cases shortly.

The agency emphasized their commitment to addressing such violations and protecting the actor's rights. They have submitted complaints for defamation against several individuals who posted malicious content about Park Seo-jun in 2020 and the subsequent year.
Park Seo-jun made his debut in 2011 through singer Bang Yong-guk's "I Remember" music video. He gained prominence with notable roles in MBC's dramas "Kill Me, Heal Me" (2015) and "She Was Pretty" (2015). The actor achieved global recognition for his part in JTBC's TV series "Itaewon Class" (2020) and appeared in the Marvel film "The Marvels" (2023).
Recently, Park Seo-jun starred in the Netflix original series "Gyeongseong Creature" alongside actor Han So-hee.
