Seventeen's 10th EP, "FML," secured the prestigious International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) Global Album Award for being the best-selling album worldwide in the past year. This marks Seventeen's first IFPI Global Charts Award. IFPI, a London-based nonprofit organization representing the global recording industry, awards the top position to the artist whose album claims No. 1 on the IFPI Global Album Chart. The chart evaluates an album's global sales across streaming, download, and physical music formats. "FML," released in April 2023, attained the status of the most pre-ordered LP in K-pop history.
