The concerts at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium were part of Seventeen's "Follow Again" encore tour, an extension of their world tour, "Follow," which concluded on January 21 in Macao. The concerts were accompanied by HYBE's "The City" promotional project, featuring fireworks, cruises, and exhibitions.

According to a press release from Pledis Entertainment, the band's agency, approximately 56,000 fans attended the concerts. The shows opened with the song "Super," and included a designated segment called Carat Time, where attendees sang, danced, and shouted fan chants along with the band's biggest hits for the first time in Seventeen's concert history.

"We're so glad to create memories with everyone," the band stated, as reported by Pledis Entertainment. "We will make two comebacks this year, so look forward to them. We hope more of 'inimitable Seventeen’s Carats' can join in the future."

Seventeen's fans, named Carats, are referred to as "inimitable Seventeen's Carats" in the band's song "Shining Diamond" (2015).

The "Follow Again" tour will continue with concerts in Seoul on April 27 and 28, followed by shows in Osaka on May 18 and 19, and concluding in Yokohama on May 25 and 26.
