The promotional poster for the single and its lead track, titled "Broken Heart," was shared on the band's social media page, featuring members adorned in American football uniforms against a vivid red background. Additional promotional activities for the comeback will be disseminated on the band's social media platforms, according to FNC Entertainment.

Debuting in November with "Ampersand One" and the lead track "On and On," Ampers&One consists of seven members: Jiho, Kamden, Mackiah, Brian, Kyrell, Seungmo, and Siyun.

Several members of the band gained recognition through participation in audition TV shows. Kamden and Jiho were part of MBC's "The Wild Idol" (2021) and Mnet's "Boys Planet" (2023). Brian also took part in "Boys Planet," while Siyun appeared on YG Entertainment's "YG Treasure Box" (2018) on JTBC2.

Recently named ambassadors for the Korea Youth Association, Ampers&One is set to make their first appearances in the U.S. through the upcoming We Bridge Music Festival & Expo in Los Angeles, scheduled from April 26 to April 28.
