BTS's "On" Performance Video Surpasses 600 Million Views on YouTube

Big Hit Music Confirms Milestone Achievement for K-pop Group's Kinetic Manifesto Film

Big Hit Music announced on Tuesday that BTS's performance music video for "On" has reached a milestone of 600 million views on YouTube. The video, known as a kinetic manifesto film, serves as the focus track from the group's fourth studio album, "Map of the Soul: 7."

Featuring a large ensemble of dancers and a marching band, the kinetic manifesto film became BTS's 13th music video to achieve this view count milestone. Notably, the video garnered 100 million views within a week of its release.

The lead single "On" debuted at No. 4 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart following its release in February 2020, while the accompanying album topped the Billboard 200 chart. Domestically, the song achieved chart-topping success across major platforms and regions, including the iTunes Top Songs chart in 83 regions. Moreover, "Map of the Soul: 7" topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in 91 regions and recorded over 2.65 million units sold on the day of its release.
