As the curtain draws on the 25th World Scout Jamboree, the K-pop soundscape will resonate through Seoul World Cup Stadium, featuring the vibrant presence of girl group NewJeans. The acclaimed ensemble is poised to illuminate the closing ceremony with their melodic prowess at the much-anticipated "K-pop Super Live" concert, scheduled for Friday.

Reports from local media sources indicate that NewJeans will share the stage with an ensemble of fellow K-pop luminaries, aligning with artists initially slated for this week's edition of KBS's "Music Bank." The group's presence on "Music Bank" was geared towards promoting their latest EP, "Get Up," a compelling release that graced audiences on July 21.

Amidst speculation, NewJeans' agency, ADOR, neither confirmed nor denied these reports, highlighting that the final lineup would be disclosed by the concert organizers themselves. While the exact list of participating acts remains under wraps, it is anticipated that other scheduled "Music Bank" performers will likely partake in this poignant musical celebration.

The announcement of the "K-pop Super Live" concert's venue shift to Seoul World Cup Stadium transpired as a pragmatic response to the impending Typhoon Khanun. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism deemed the change an "inevitable" measure, ensuring the safety and comfort of attendees and artists alike.

Culture Minister Park Bo-gyoon expressed, "The altered course of the typhoon necessitated a change in plans, redirecting the Jamboree's culminating moments from Jeonju World Cup Stadium to Seoul World Cup Stadium." As Friday's concert unfolds against the backdrop of the impending storm, it offers an opportunity for 40,000 scout members to partake in an unforgettable celebration of Korean culture, fostering a heartwarming conclusion to the Jamboree's chapter.
