In commemoration of its first anniversary, K-pop group Fifty Fifty, previously a four-piece ensemble, witnessed its last remaining member, Keena, extend an apology to fans. The group's journey over the past year has been marked by legal disputes and the departure of three bandmates, Saena, Sio, and Aran.

In a handwritten letter to fans, Keena expressed gratitude to supporters who endured challenges stemming from her actions and acknowledged the difficulties they faced during this uncertain period. The legal battle initiated in June against the group's agency, Attrakt, sought an injunction to terminate exclusive contracts. However, the Seoul court rejected their request in August, leading to an appeal by all four members. In October, Attrakt terminated contracts with Saena, Sio, and Aran, while Keena withdrew her appeal at the last moment.
Reflecting on the past year, Keena stated, "I've learned, experienced, and matured a lot. It was my memories with fans that pulled me up every moment." She pledged to bring happiness to fans once again through her role as Keena in Fifty Fifty, promising captivating performances and music.
Fifty Fifty, initially debuting under Attrakt, gained substantial popularity with their mega-hit single, "Cupid." The song propelled them to become the fastest K-pop group on Billboard's Hot 100 chart. "Cupid" achieved the distinction of being the longest-charting song on both the US singles chart and the British Official Single Chart.
Keena is scheduled to attend the Billboard Music Awards ceremony at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, where Fifty Fifty has been nominated in the top duo/group and top global K-pop song award categories.
