EDAM Entertainment, the agency representing singer IU, announced on Thursday that it had identified and nullified 44 tickets for the upcoming "2024 IU H.E.R. World Tour Concert in Seoul," scheduled for March 2, 3, 9, and 10. The agency's investigation led to the expulsion of five members from IU's fan club, Uaena, who had purchased some of the affected tickets. These individuals were not only removed from the community but also had their membership status revoked.

Additionally, 29 general buyers, not affiliated with the fan club, were restricted from future participation in the club and were banned from purchasing IU concert tickets moving forward. The agency also identified and canceled 41 tickets involved in illegal trading on February 23.

IU's upcoming world tour marks her return to touring after a five-year hiatus since her last tour concert, "Love, Poem," in 2019. The tour is set to commence in Seoul, spanning 17 cities worldwide, including Yokohama in Japan, Taipei in Taiwan, as well as Singapore and London.
