According to a local media report on Tuesday, Yook Sung-jae of BTOB is preparing to release a solo album early next month.

Agency IWillMedia confirmed the news, stating that the album will be unveiled on May 9th. Yook, who is both a singer and actor, had previously announced his intention to release a solo album within the first half of the year after joining IWillMedia in December of the previous year.

The upcoming album marks Yook's return to solo music approximately four years after his debut solo album, "Yook O’clock."

Meanwhile, BTOB is scheduled to embark on a fan concert tour in the region, with visits planned for Osaka, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Bangkok next month. The tour commenced last month in Seoul with a three-day concert, a notable milestone for the 12-year-old band. However, Yook was unable to participate in the Manila concert held earlier this month due to a prior engagement.
