The Free Evangelical Church (FeG) in Kierspe will open a photography exhibition featuring 34 images captured through their community photo contest titled "My Picture of Kierspe" on November 14. The exhibition promises to offer visitors a fascinating glimpse into how different residents view their city, as each photographer brings their unique perspective to the local landscape.

The photo contest was launched last summer as part of the Free Evangelical Church's 125th anniversary celebration this year. Community members were invited to submit photographs that represented their personal vision of Kierspe, resulting in a diverse collection of images that capture various aspects of the city. The church received a total of 34 photo submissions from local residents, all of which will be displayed in the upcoming exhibition.

The exhibition opening will take place on Friday, November 14, at 6:00 PM at the Free Evangelical Church located at Am Nocken 42. Following the opening ceremony, the exhibition will be accessible to the public with regular viewing hours. Visitors can explore the display on Sundays from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, as well as on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

The church describes the submitted photographs as particularly interesting, showcasing different perspectives and interpretations of Kierspe through the eyes of its residents. Admission to the exhibition is completely free, and all interested community members are welcome to attend during the scheduled viewing times. The Free Evangelical Church has established a tradition of hosting engaging photography exhibitions in their space at Am Nocken, making this latest show part of their ongoing cultural programming for the community.
