Solo artist Kim Woojin is scheduled to release his third mini-album on April 22, marking a significant step in his solo career.

Concept photos of the forthcoming album were shared on Kim Woojin's official social media accounts and through Kustomade, a producing label affiliated with SM Entertainment's music publishing subsidiary, KMR. The images depict Kim Woojin undergoing a symbolic transformation, as he is seen cutting his hair, signaling a departure from his past self.

Titled "I Like The Way," the upcoming album signifies Kim Woojin's determination to break free from past constraints and forge his own path, according to statements from KMR.

A teaser film titled "Rebirth: Kim Woojin" was recently released on Kim's official YouTube channel. In the video, Kim is portrayed confidently smashing a plaster statue and striding down a runway illuminated by spotlights, clad in sleek suits.

Kim Woojin rose to prominence as a member of the K-pop boy band Stray Kids upon their debut in 2018. However, he departed from JYP Entertainment and left the group in October 2019 due to personal reasons. Subsequently, Kim embarked on a solo career, debuting in August 2021. He has since expanded his artistic endeavors into musicals and recently hosted a European tour concert in January of this year, showcasing the breadth of his talents and activities.
