Stray Kids released a teaser trailer for their upcoming ninth EP, titled "Ate," on Wednesday via their label JYP Entertainment. In the video, the eight members of the group are depicted searching for a new fortune cookie in an attempt to break a series of unfortunate events seemingly triggered by a previous cookie message that read: “Your luck no longer lasts from now on.”

The mini album is scheduled for release on July 19, marking roughly eight months since the group's last EP, "Rock-Star." "Rock-Star" made an impactful debut on the Billboard 200, continuing a trend of successful releases for Stray Kids, as their previous three albums also entered the chart.

Last month, the group released an English-language digital single, "Lose My Breath," a collaboration with American singer Charlie Puth, which reached No. 90 on Billboard’s Hot 100. This track follows their earlier entry "Lalalala," which also made it onto the Hot 100 and is featured on their eighth EP.

Prior to the launch of the new EP, Stray Kids will perform as headliners at major music festivals in Milan and London, showcasing their international appeal and expanding their global fanbase.
