K-pop boy band Tomorrow X Together (TXT) will debut their first virtual reality (VR) concert, "HYPERFOCUS," at Megabox COEX in Seoul’s Gangnam District on July 31. The group’s agency, Big Hit Music, announced the event and released a teaser and poster on Tuesday. The teaser showcases parts of the performance for TXT's April release "Deja Vu," while the poster depicts the band members in white attire against a starry desert backdrop.

The quintet, comprising Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai, will perform several of their popular songs, including "Sugar Rush Ride" (2023). Big Hit Music stated that the concert aims to create lasting memories for fans.

"We decided to stage a VR concert after thinking about different ways to get closer to our fans," the group said in a statement. "Since it was a unique experience for our members to film this content, we hope it can make fantastic memories for our followers as well."

The concert will be produced by AmazeVR, a VR concert platform based in California that has previously produced VR shows for the girl group aespa and Kai of the boy band EXO. AmazeVR emphasized the use of advanced technology to enhance the concert experience.

"We were able to produce a dynamic concert with upgraded technology, stronger narratives, and visual elements," the platform said in a statement. "Please look forward to the synergy that TXT's flawless performances and VR will create."

After its Seoul premiere, "HYPERFOCUS" will be screened in five U.S. cities, including Los Angeles and Chicago.

TXT, who debuted in 2019 with their EP "The Dream Chapter: Star," is also set to release their fourth Japanese single, "CHIKAI," on July 3.
