Construction work is making steady progress on 110 Boerum Place, a new six-story residential development taking shape in Brooklyn's Cobble Hill neighborhood. The building, designed by Brent Buck Architects and being developed and constructed by Avdoo in partnership with Aksoy Holding, will encompass nearly 65,000 square feet and house 21 luxury condominium units when completed.
The construction site has seen significant advancement since the last project update in late May, when work was nearing completion on the northern mechanical bulkhead and the reinforced concrete superstructure remained fully exposed. Workers have now shifted their focus to installing the building's exterior facade, with scaffolding and protective netting covering the structure as crews work to install the distinctive red brick envelope and an extensive grid of floor-to-ceiling windows. The facade is expected to become visible to the public sometime in early 2026.
Architectural renderings reveal an elegant design featuring rounded corners and graceful arched entrances at street level. The building will incorporate numerous loggia terraces throughout, with particular emphasis on the upper floors and along the expansive eastern elevation that faces Boerum Place. This design approach creates outdoor living spaces while maintaining the building's sophisticated urban aesthetic.
Residential units at 110 Boerum Place will offer flexible living arrangements, ranging from two-bedroom to five-bedroom layouts to accommodate various lifestyle needs. Each unit will include private outdoor space, ensuring residents have access to fresh air and outdoor relaxation areas. The development will feature extensive amenities spanning more than 11,000 square feet, including on-site parking facilities, an elegant lobby, storage units, and dedicated bicycle storage areas. Brook Landscape has been selected as the landscape architect to design the building's outdoor spaces.
The location offers excellent public transportation connectivity, with multiple subway options within walking distance. Residents will have convenient access to the F and G trains at Bergen Street station, the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains at Borough Hall station, the A, C, and G trains at Jay Street-MetroTech station, the 2 and 3 trains at Hoyt Street station, and the A, C, F, and R trains at Hoyt-Schermerhorn Streets station.
According to signage posted at the construction site, 110 Boerum Place is scheduled for completion in spring 2027. The project represents a significant addition to Cobble Hill's residential landscape, combining modern amenities with thoughtful architectural design in one of Brooklyn's most desirable neighborhoods.
