RM of BTS is scheduled to release his second solo album, titled "Right Place, Wrong Person," at 1 p.m. on May 24, while fulfilling his military duties.

This marks RM's second solo album in approximately a year and a half, following the release of his first full-length album, "Indigo," in December 2022. According to his agency, BigHit Music, RM contributed to the writing of lyrics for all 11 tracks on the upcoming album.

The label stated that the album will convey the universally experienced sentiment of feeling like "a stranger out of place." RM's release of his solo album during military service follows similar actions by other BTS members.

V recently dropped his solo digital single "Fri(end)s" in April, while J-Hope released his EP "Hope on the Street Vol. 1" alongside a documentary series in March. Jin, the first BTS member to complete military service, is slated for discharge in June of this year, while RM is expected to be discharged in June 2025.
