The Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong has officially reached a significant social media milestone, achieving 20,000 followers on Instagram as the Festive Korea event kicks off. To commemorate this achievement and express gratitude to their dedicated supporters, the cultural center has announced a special giveaway event that invites participants to share their Korean cultural experiences.

The celebration giveaway offers attractive prizes including a HK$50 Eslite Bookstore voucher and a limited-edition souvenir from MU:DS at the National Museum of Korea. The cultural center plans to select five lucky winners from eligible participants who complete all required entry steps before the deadline.

To participate in the giveaway, contestants must complete two specific tasks. First, they need to create an Instagram Story that showcases a Korean cultural activity they have personally experienced, which must include both a photo or video and a descriptive caption. The center welcomes any type of Korean cultural activity, including concerts, hanbok experiences, Korean food, Korean films, or any other experience related to Korean culture.

The second requirement involves social engagement within the giveaway post's comment section. Participants must tag two friends and invite them to join the challenge, effectively expanding the reach of the celebration event through social networking.

The giveaway operates under specific terms and conditions that participants must follow to ensure fair competition. Duplicate entries will not be accepted, and only those who complete all steps before the deadline of October 26, 2025 (Sunday) will be considered for valid entry. Additionally, participants who change their account names before claiming their prizes may face disqualification.

The Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the contest and winner selection. This milestone celebration reflects the growing interest in Korean culture among Hong Kong residents and the success of the center's digital outreach efforts through social media platforms.
