The ITM Group, a design agency with offices in Wolfsberg, Austria, has achieved international recognition by winning the Red Dot Award for Brands & Communication Design 2025. The award was presented for their exceptional design work on the twelfth edition of business magazine "B," published on behalf of Berlin's Volksbank. This prestigious accolade places the magazine among the year's best communication design projects worldwide.

The team at ITM's Wolfsberg location in Carinthia expressed particular pride in this achievement. Company executives Christoph Gutschi and Marco Steinbauer, along with Creative Director Heike Steinbauer, personally received the certificate and presented the award-winning magazine edition. The recognition comes as a significant milestone for the Austrian-based design team competing on an international stage.

The winning magazine edition, published in May 2025, focused on the theme of education and impressed the international jury with its sophisticated design elements. The publication featured large-format photo spreads, individually developed infographics and illustrations, complemented by a special color used as a consistent design element throughout. The jury praised the magazine's clarity, consistency, and visual strength in their official statement.

"Among the numerous submissions, the design of business magazine B convinced our international jury through clarity, consistency, and visual strength," the jury explained in their evaluation. The Red Dot Award represents one of the most significant prizes in communication design, with over 13,000 submissions from agencies and companies worldwide competing for recognition.

The timing of this award holds special significance for ITM Group, as the company celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. "That we are being honored with the Red Dot Award on our anniversary is a wonderful gift and recognition for our entire team – both in Germany and Austria," said Creative Director Heike Steinbauer. The achievement represents two decades of creative excellence and international growth for the design agency.

CEO Christoph Gutschi emphasized the global impact of this recognition, stating, "We are proud that our creative work is becoming internationally visible and competing in a league with the world's best agencies." This award validates ITM's position as a competitive force in the international design community and demonstrates the high quality of creative work emerging from their Austrian operations.
