Several specialized firms are contributing their expertise to ensure the project's successful completion. Ancora has served multiple roles as the demolition engineer of record, geotechnical engineer, and support of excavation engineer. WSP has been designated as the structural engineer of record, bringing their extensive experience in high-rise construction to the project.
The anticipated completion date for 1122 Madison Avenue is set for mid-2027, when it will join the ranks of Manhattan's most prestigious residential addresses.
